Terms and Conditions
NSW Labor’s (NSW Labor, we or us) website(s) (Site or Sites) and related services including all purchases, are made available to you, the user and/or customer of this Site in accordance with the following terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions).
Purchases of products made via the “Store” section of the Site will be subject to these Terms and Conditions. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing any orders on this Site.
We may make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time. You should check these Terms and Conditions regularly for such changes.
Disclaimer of Liability
NSW Labor does not represent that the information contained in the Site is accurate, comprehensive, verified, complete or error free. NSW Labor will attempt to keep the content on the Site up to date. However, NSW Labor does not warrant the accuracy or currency of the content.
NSW Labor does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage, however caused (including through negligence), which you may directly or indirectly suffer in connection with your use of the Site or any linked website.
NSW Labor does not accept any responsibility for any such loss arising out of your use of, or reliance on, content on, or accessed through the Site.
Eligibility to Purchase
In order to make purchases on the Site you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, email address and other requested information as indicated.
You will be required to provide payment details that you warrant and represent are both valid and correct and that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided at the checkout.
You must have an Australian Visa or Mastercard debit or credit card, or American Express credit card to purchase NSW Labor merchandise through the Site.
We use Stripe payment services. By making an offer to purchase NSW Labor merchandise you expressly authorise us to perform credit checks and where we think it is necessary, to transmit or obtain information about you to or from third parties, including Stripe, including but not limited to your credit/debit card number or credit reports, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit/debit card, to obtain an initial credit/debit card authorisation and to authorise your individual purchase transactions.
Credit card payments are secured via SSL encryption. Information provided by you as part of a credit card transaction will be handled by a secure server, which should be indicated by your browser. The information is not held on ALP internet servers and is passed directly to the ALP's credit card transaction service provider, eWay, in an encrypted form. The information will not be used for any other transaction or purpose or provided to any other third party.
All prices are listed in Australian dollars and are processed in Australian dollars only. Prices of products may change from time to time. Unless stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of goods and service tax (GST). GST will be added to your order at the checkout.
Placing an Order
An order placed by you on the Site is only an offer to purchase a product for the price displayed on the Site. All orders are subject to acceptance by NSW Labor and availability. Quantities of items you or any group wish to purchase may be limited.
Items in your shopping basket are not reserved until your order is processed at the checkout. This means that items in your shopping basked may be purchased by other customers.
Acceptance of your Order
If your order is available and accepted by NSW Labor, you will receive a confirmation email when the order is shipped to your shipping address provided to NSW Labor at the checkout.
NSW Labor only delivers to addresses within Australia.
Your goods will be delivered by Australia Post once payment has been received and processed. Delivery prices are based on current Australia Post charges, as outlined here http://auspost.com.au/apps/domestic-parcel.html. Please allow seven to ten (7-10) business days for delivery.
General Returns and Exchange Policy
If you change your mind, or make a wrong decision, we will happily assist you with an exchange or refund, provided the goods:
- are in saleable condition
- are in their original packaging with all tags still intact
- have not been worn, damaged or washed
- have all labels and original stickers in place
- are accompanied by a valid proof of purchase including original invoice
- are returned within seven (7) days of purchase or delivery date, whichever is the later.
Refunds are NOT applicable on sale or promotional items. Items for return should be sent to:

Ownership and risk
Ownership of and risk of damage to goods will pass to you from the time the product is removed from our warehouse of storage for the purpose of delivery to you.
We know how important your privacy is to you. We will fully comply with the National Privacy Principles issued by the Federal Privacy Commissioner. We will only collect information that is necessary for us to support our business activities. Information provided to us through our sales, marketing and support activities, surveys, Site activities and/or event registrations may be stored, analysed and used for direct marketing purposes and to improve the way we do business with our current and potential customers.

The laws applicable in New South Wales govern these Terms and Conditions. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and any courts competent to hear appeals from those courts.
